At Mayya London, we hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in a re-saleable condition. Please review the details of our Returns Policy below:
General Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original, re-saleable condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Tarnishing or discoloration caused by chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure, or general wear and tear is not considered a fault.
- Refund processing may take up to 10 days after the returned item is received by us.
- For faulty items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Free Items
Free items included as part of a promotion must be returned with your order. If free items are not returned, the value of the free item will be prorated and deducted from your refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized Orders: Custom necklaces and other personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled after 24 hours of placing the order.
- Earrings: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
International Returns
- As an international customer, you may return your parcel using any postal service. However, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- To avoid duties, mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ when shipping.
- We do not refund international customs taxes or sales charges.
- The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives safely with us. Please obtain proof of postage to protect against loss.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return, as we cannot refund or exchange items that do not reach us.
